What is sports massage?

Sports massage is the term applied to the discipline of using massage for the specific benefit of all sports and exercise participants. It covers the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body e.g. muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Sports massage should be tailored to each individual's needs to positively enhance their ability to perform.

What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage is the term applied to the discipline of using massage for the benefit of clients who have specific injuries/problems that have occurred during everyday activities. Remedial massage is used alongside joint assessment, postural analysis and remedial exercise.

Remedial massage is tailored to every individual patient in order to increase rate of recovery.
